Is ClapGig free?+
Yes. Creating a profile and applying to jobs is free for artists and crew, always. Posting jobs is free for recruiters during launch.
How do I apply to a job?+
Create a free account as someone looking for work, complete your profile, open any job and tap “Apply now”. Add a short note on why you fit.
How will I know if I'm shortlisted?+
You'll get an alert on ClapGig, and the recruiter can message you directly. You can track every application from your dashboard.
Someone asked me to pay a fee. What do I do?+
Don't pay. Report the listing using the link on the job page, or write to our safety team. Recruiters who ask for money are banned.
How do recruiters get verified?+
Complete your company profile and request verification from your dashboard. We review company details before adding the badge.
I forgot my password.+
Use “Forgot password?” on the log-in page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Edit profile and scroll to “Delete account”. It permanently removes your profile and data.
